  • By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 6 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
  • Shipping time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the courier used.
  • Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reliable partners.
  • We ship worldwide.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Custom-made items are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match your approved specifications.
  • Sizing responsibility: all custom items are made strictly according to the measurements and size specifications provided by the customer at the time of order. If a size or fit issue arises because of measurements or specifications supplied by the customer, this does not qualify as a fault, and the item is non-refundable. Refunds or remakes for sizing-related issues are only available where the finished product does not match the measurements or specifications the customer approved.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect, physical fault, or an error on our part — such as incorrect design, faulty stitching, or workmanship not matching the approved specifications — we will remake the item or issue a full refund, at our discretion.
  • Any return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, and the return approved.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Arman Leather website — including images, product designs, logos, graphics, and text — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, download, distribute, reuse, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
